RETURNS
Some items that are full price are eligible for returns within 14 days of their delivery date. Please raise a return request via quoting the order number to: hello@consciuscollective.com. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
We do not accept returns for accessories unless damaged. There are some brands that may ship directly to you and will have the return policy clearly highlighted in their product description.
Returned goods should retain original tags and should not have been used or washed. Goods that are damaged or without tags will be returned to the customer.
If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at: hello@consciuscollective.com with a photograph of the product as well as the invoice details within 2 days of delivery. We will process the refund request only once our team has received the product and reviewed the damage.
Please note that we are a slow fashion platform and our pieces are limited edition and one of a kind. Please be mindful of what goes into making these items and avoid taking advantage of the return policy. We appreciate your cooperation.
